Barbara Jensen Kissed Rose tag

I revamped this tag and wanted to animate it but for the life of me I can't remember my favorite animation settings. Hoping they come back to me soon as I remembered some of my favorite drop shadow settings. I used to know this stuff with my eyes closed now...not even with glasses on LOL.
